Sara-Jayne will be offering in-person yoga classes from Bantock that will aim to really reset the stress systems, relieve anxiety and help move through change as participants begin to step towards the ‘new normal’.
You will be exploring how, in these challenging times, you can use tools such as stretching, breathing and stilling the mind, to completely change how you feel.
Do you ever feel anxious, stressed, as if your mind is so full of ‘stuff’ – things you should be doing, how you should be feeling, what your life should look like?
This is where Kundalini Global yoga can be extremely magical.
Sara is very passionate about the power of yoga in changing the relationship to these ‘shoulds’ – about how a persons attachment to such ideas can be shifted to a place where the mind, instead, is a soothing place that is present in the moment, and not in an imagined future or painful past.
These classes are totally suitable for beginners.
