Join Royal Collection Trust’s Assistant Curator of Prints and Drawings Carly Collier for a curator’s talk.
Victoria & Albert: Our Lives in Watercolour is a touring exhibition from the Royal Collection Trust marking the bicentenary of the births of both Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, and exploring the royal couple’s collecting of watercolour paintings as a record of their public and private lives together.
The exhibition features almost 70 works from Victoria and Albert’s collection, several of which are on public display for the first time.
Carly Collier will be joining us to talk through her approach to curating the exhibition, the works that she selected and the importance of the collection to Victoria and Albert.
Please note that this is an online event, which will be conducted using Zoom. All attendees will therefore require access to a computer with internet access in order to join.
Victoria & Albert: Our Lives in Watercolour is on display at Wolverhampton Art Gallery until Sunday 27 September. Admission is free.
