Friends of Bantock House Museum and Park

The Friends of Bantock House Museum aim to develop the full leisure, cultural and educational potential of Bantock House and promote the area to a wider audience. Friends work with the museum to deliver the full potential of the house and park and members play a vital role in promoting and preserving our local heritage.

Recent achievements by members include securing the purchase of period furniture and fixtures for the house and providing a Jubilee Oak in the park to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee.

By becoming a Friend, you can also enjoy special social and fundraising events throughout the year. Events include a Fieldings valuation day, an annual ‘Bit of a Do’ on the May Day bank holiday and exclusive viewings, with introduction, of the changing exhibitions. Members receive regular up-to-date information about events and activities.

Annual subscription costs just £7 per person or £10 per household.
