Room Hire

Wolverhampton Arts and Heritage venues offer unique spaces for events of all types and sizes. From meetings and presentations to a major conference or special event, we offer convenient locations and inspiring surroundings, with excellent facilities, all competitively priced.

We also offer a range of catering options, including tea and coffee making facilities for all meetings. For options relating to equipment, such as projectors, laptop and flip-charts, please contact us to discuss.

Wolverhampton Art Gallery

Wolverhampton Art Gallery has a large functional meeting room available for hire, which can accommodate educational groups, conferences and training sessions. Alternatively, you can hire a specific gallery or common space for a more formal event. The Art Gallery also offers a range of fresh food and hot and cold drinks from our reputable catering service, or for smaller groups, the use of our Café.

Gallery Hire - Use of an allocated gallery or common space within the building. Available from 9am-5pm for a maximum of 2 hours, or from 5pm-9pm for a minimum of 2 hours.
Meeting Room Hire - The Gathering Space meeting room seats up to 40 people Theatre style. Available as a full day (9am–4.30pm) or half day (9am–12.30pm / 1pm–4.30pm).
Guided Tours - Available between 9.30am-4.30pm. Maximum 25 people per group.

Bantock House Museum

Bantock House Museum has a range of rooms and activity areas that can be hired to accommodate events, educational groups, conferences, training sessions and private parties. Situated around the courtyard the outbuildings consist of two workshops, a performance space, the Tractor Shed, Café and public toilets. The site is fully accessible for visitors with disabilities. Buffets and other refreshments can be ordered from our on-site catering team. Coach parking is available.

Performance Space – Capacity 50 Theatre or 24 Conference style.
Workshops 1 and 2 – Hired out together. Capacity: 12 + 6 Conference style.
Tractor Shed – Capacity 70 Theatre or 30 Conference style.
Guided Tours – Available Tuesday to Sunday. Maximum capacity 20.

Wolverhampton City Archives

The Molineux Hotel Building has three meeting rooms available for hire. Two rooms are located on the second floor of the building and have lift access and toilets located close by. The Rococo Room is situated on the ground floor, also with toilets close by. Meeting Rooms are available for hire between the hours 10am and 4.30pm, with other times by special arrangement. There is also a car park located at the back of the building.

Meeting Room 2 - Meetings, 18 seats around central tables; Conference/break-out group, 20-30 seats. Available for a full or half day. Meeting Room 3 is included when booking Room 2.
Meeting Room 3 - Meetings, 8 seats around central table; Conference/break out group, 10-12 seats. available for a full or half day.
Rococo Room - Conference 45 seats. Available for half and full days, and also out of business hours.

Bilston Craft Gallery

The Craft Gallery and Library offer several spaces for hire in this shared building. A well-equipped workshop space can be booked for a range of practical sessions and the Library can provide a meeting room (suitable for presentations) and an adjacent PC suite. A spacious shared kitchen is available for refreshments, while drinks and catering can be arranged on request.

The main exhibition gallery provides an elegant 1930s architectural setting for a formal event, drinks and catering can be set up in an adjacent gallery space which opens onto a large attractive garden.

Gallery Upstairs Workshop – Capacity 10-15 depending on activity.
Library Upstairs Meeting Room – Capacity 35 Theatre or 20 Conference style.
Library PC Suite – Capacity 7 PCs, no internet access.
Gallery Hire – Use of an allocated gallery or common space within the building during normal opening hours by the day or half day (10am-1pm or 1pm-4pm); outside of normal opening hours by the hour for a minimum of two hours.
